Treatment guide

Dental Treatment in China

Implants, crowns, root canal treatment and full-mouth restoration at Chinese dental hospitals, typically well below Western private-clinic prices.

What we arrange

We arrange the dental assessment, a written treatment plan with itemised costs before any work begins, and an interpreter for each appointment.

What affects the cost

The implant brand, the number of units and whether bone grafting is needed are the main variables. The clinic bills you directly for materials and treatment.

How it works

1

Send a panoramic X-ray or recent dental records if you have them

2

Attend the assessment and agree a written plan and price before treatment starts

3

Complete the work, usually over several visits, and leave with a translated record for your dentist at home

Common questions

Simple treatments often can. Implants normally need two visits several months apart, because the implant has to integrate with the bone before the crown is fitted.
Korean, German, Swiss and Chinese systems are all common, at different price points and with different track records. Your dentist will set out the trade-offs before you choose.
You leave with a translated treatment record and the clinic’s contact details. For urgent problems abroad, we help you reach the clinic and arrange a remote review of photographs or X-rays.
