What we arrange

We arrange the cardiology consultation, the diagnostic work-up, the surgical team and the hospital stay, with an interpreter present at every discussion so you understand exactly what is being proposed and why.

What affects the cost

The main variables are the procedure itself, the number of stents or grafts, the type of valve, and how long intensive care is needed. Hospital fees are billed directly by the hospital; our package covers the service side — appointments, interpretation and coordination.

Common questions

For most cardiac surgery, plan on two to three weeks: a few days of work-up, the operation, and typically 7–10 days of hospital recovery before your surgeon clears you to fly.

Your surgeon decides, and it depends on the operation and your recovery. Many patients are cleared for long-haul flights 10–14 days after uncomplicated surgery. If needed, we help arrange a medical escort.

Some do, some do not. Where they do not, our interpreter is in the room for every consultation, and all reports and consent forms are translated into your language before you sign anything.
